What is the secret of Supermodel Adriana Lima? How has she achieved Victoria´s Secret Angel status for so long?. Indeed, Adriana Lima has been an Angel since 2000, a great achievement, yet it may not like to know (to try it above all) the diet Adriana Lima follows 9 days prior to start the Show of Victoria´s Secret because the Brazilian supermodel does only eat protein milkshakes for breakfast, she does not eat anything else the rest of the day. What is more, she does not drink anything at all and she doubles her exercise routine these last 9 days to look perfect inside Victoria´s Secret Fashion Show, afterwards, she assures she has a normal eating regime again. As we mentioned in the last post, Adriana Lima is to wear the special bra with Alessandra Ambrosio in this 2014 VS Fashion Show. It will be the third time wearing the special bra for her, called this time Dream Angels Fantasy Bra, it is the first time two models wear it at the same time.

Amongst her favourite sports, Adriana Lima practises boxing, capoeira and running. If Alessandra Ambrosio only needed 3 months to look perfect after having given birth, Adriana Lima only needed 2 months.
